These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Techmine Inc. website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Techmine Inc. provides information and communication technology services including web development, application development, software engineering, graphic design, digital marketing, cloud solutions, IT support, and related services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Techmine Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Techmine retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

3. Project Agreements

All projects are governed by individual agreements that outline scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. Any changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing and may affect the timeline and cost.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges and project work may be paused until outstanding balances are resolved.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information required for the project
• Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines
• Ensuring they have the rights to any content provided for use in the project
• Maintaining the security of any credentials provided for project access

6. Warranties and Limitations

Techmine Inc. provides services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet all expectations. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of two years.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of work completed to date. Techmine will deliver all completed work upon receipt of outstanding payments.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through the courts of Malawi.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
